Overlocked Badges

Overlocking is ideal for the more traditional looking badge. Your design is produced as a transfer before being heatsealed on to cotton drill, and finished with an embroidered edge to the material. This approach is very effective, combining modern transfers with traditional embroidery, resulting in minimal loss of detail to the logo which has the quality of an embroidered badge. Badges are available in a wide range of shapes and colours and can be applied with an adhesive backing or sewn onto the garment, please specify when ordering.
